Update a quote

Replaces a draft quote’s mutable fields (lines, customer, store, currency, validity). The PATH id is authoritative — any id in the body is ignored, so you cannot retarget the update at another quote. Only a draft quote is editable: 404s for an unknown quote, 422s once it has been sent/accepted.
