Stores, regions & fleet

Manage the store network, its regional grouping and the device fleet in the Solya POS Centrale.

This area is the network’s org chart in data form: the stores that sell, the regions that group them, and the device fleet (registers and peripherals) they run.

Stores

1. Store directory & hierarchy

   The stores screen shows the directory and the organisational hierarchy of your network.

2. Onboard or edit a store

   Create a store, edit its details, and deactivate it when it closes.

Stores are the anchor for stock, pricing, transfers and finance.

Regions

Regions group stores for roll-ups and reporting. They are reference data — the regions screen presents the regional structure of the network.

Fleet

The fleet is the set of registers and peripherals belonging to stores. The fleet screen lists devices with their status (online / offline), so you can see the network’s till estate and onboard new devices.
